This e-commerce platform is owned and operated by Alumni T-Shirt Print. Throughout this digital domain, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer explicitly to Alumni T-Shirt Print. By accessing our website, browsing our collections, or purchasing custom apparel from our store, you engage with our proprietary commercial infrastructure and consent to be legally bound by the following terms, conditions, and operational provisions.

Section 1 - Custom Production and Ordering Integrity

As a highly dynamic print-on-demand enterprise partnering with Printify, automated manufacturing queues are triggered instantaneously upon payment authorization. It remains the sole, unshared obligation of the buyer to verify, validate, and confirm that all selected product sizes, design configurations, apparel specifications, and physical shipping coordinates are perfectly accurate prior to checking out. Once production queues are initiated, orders cannot be modified, adjusted, or terminated.

Section 2 - Commercial Pricing and Display Integrity

All commercial product prices displayed across our platform are subject to revision without formal notice. We retain an unrestricted right to adjust, pause, modify, or eliminate any product or catalog category at our sole discretion. While we exert exhaustive efforts to display item colors, garment textiles, and print configurations with absolute precision, localized screen hardware, backlighting, and mobile device rendering variances may present minimal structural deviations from the final physical printed fabric.

Section 3 - Logistical Operations and Fulfillment

By finalizing your transaction, you formally acknowledge and accept that your custom orders are fulfilled, printed, sorted, and dispatched internationally by our third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partner infrastructure (Printify). Any temporal shipping delays, customs structural holdups, international cargo seizures, or domestic postal carrier strikes are strictly beyond our direct sphere of management.

Section 4 - Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service, along with any individual ancillary operational agreements through which we provide commercial products or services to you, shall be governed by, interpreted under, and enforced in full accordance with the sovereign laws of USA.
