Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Alumni T-Shirt Print. All of our custom apparel items are meticulously printed-on-demand and engineered specifically for each individual customer purchase via our authorized manufacturing network (Printify).

Because every product is manufactured strictly to your custom specification upon order confirmation, we do not accept product returns, item exchanges, or order cancellations due to buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or color preferences.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries

Your complete satisfaction is our absolute priority. If your package arrives damaged during transit, features severe manufacturing or structural defects, or presents a significant misprint violating the approved order specification, we will immediately process a complimentary product replacement or a full financial refund.

To register a formal request for a replacement or refund, you must submit a claim within 14 calendar days from the official delivery date. Please forward your claim to our dedicated support office at:

• Mandatory Submission Requirements: Your valid Shopify order identification number, alongside clear, high-resolution photographs documenting the product defect, damage, or printing error.

Financial Reimbursements

Upon review and verification of your submitted photographic documentation by our quality assurance division, we will initiate either an immediate manufacturing replacement or a direct refund. Approved financial reimbursements are processed instantly and credited back exclusively to the original payment instrument (Credit Card or PayPal) within 5 to 7 business days, subject to standard banking institution processing intervals.

Lost Cargo and Transit Failure

In the event that your tracking itinerary demonstrates a logistical failure or your package is officially declared lost in transit by the carrier beyond the projected shipping window, our department will authorize and dispatch a brand-new replacement order at zero auxiliary expense to the buyer.
