1. Manufacturing and Processing Windows

• Standard Production Phase: It routinely requires 2 to 5 standard business days to successfully complete printing, execute comprehensive quality assurance verification, and securely pack your custom garments.
• Seasonal Fluctuations: During high-volume holiday periods, e-commerce surges, or global shipping bottlenecks, production processing windows may extend up to 7 business days.

2. Shipping Schedules and Logistical Estimates

Immediately following the completion of the quality verification phase, your package is securely handed over to our verified commercial shipping couriers. Global and standard transit windows vary based explicitly on destination parameters:

• Standard International Transit: 7 to 15 business days following cargo handoff (subject to specific regional logistics networks, origin fulfillment centers, and port clearances).
• Operational Notice: The full timeline to receive your product is calculated as: Total Production Phase + Courier Shipping Schedule.

3. Tracking and Real-Time Itineraries

Within minutes of your custom package clearing our shipping depot, our automated network will send a delivery notification email containing a dedicated, unique tracking number and carrier portal links for independent real-time tracking.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Alumni T-Shirt Print maintains absolutely no liability, jurisdiction, or obligation regarding border duties, customs fees, import taxes, or local processing surcharges applied to your package. Any and all expenses levied during or post-transit remain the unshared financial responsibility of the receiving customer.
